Job Title: Procurement Buyer -Night Shift (11pm-8am)- Permanent

Location: KL sentral, KL
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Education: Diploma and above
Language: Traditional Mandarin and English (Speak, Read & Write)

Job Responsibilities

• Fulfill and process incoming purchase order (PO) requests.
• Conduct regular PO follow-ups to ensure timely processing.
• Manage drop-ship orders directly with customers without passing through the vendor.
• Track and follow up on ETAs for shipments.
• Provide accurate ETA updates to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Handle new parts creation within the system database.
• Manage price changes and purchase order cost variations (POCV).
• Resolve warehouse discrepancies (CWS) as they arise.
• Coordinate material transfers (MT) and conduct thorough MT follow-ups.
• Generate and review fulfillment reports.
• Provide comprehensive issue resolution across the entire PO lifecycle, logistics coordination, and fulfillment processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Diploma or above.
• Able to speak, read, and write Traditional Mandarin and English.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.

Interview Process

Candidates must attend 3 rounds of interviews:

• Operations Interview
• First Client Interview
• Second Client Interview

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,600.00 per month
