Freelance Recruitment Referral Partner Job Type: Freelance / Flexible Work Arrangement: Remote Compensation: Performance-Based About the Opportunity We are looking for independent freelance recruitment partners to help us connect with potential candidates for our available positions. You can work flexibly and make referrals through your existing personal and professional networks. Key Responsibilities Share available job opportunities with your personal and professional network. Identify and refer individuals who may be suitable for our vacancies. Communicate basic role information to interested candidates. Connect interested candidates with our internal recruitment team. Maintain professional communication throughout the referral process.

Compensation Structure Payment is based on the number of successfully referred candidates who officially commence employment with the company. Compensation is calculated according to the company's agreed referral payment structure. Earnings depend on the number of successful candidate referrals. This is a performance-based freelance arrangement and does not include a guaranteed fixed salary. Full payment terms and eligibility criteria will be communicated before commencement of the arrangement. Requirements Good communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable reaching out to personal and professional contacts. Able to identify and introduce potential candidates. Responsible and professional when handling candidate information. Previous recruitment experience is welcome but not required.
