Must-Have Skills:
Required Skills

Frontend

• Java-based web technologies: JSP, JSF, Servlets, or equivalent.
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• MVC architecture and frontend/backend integration.
• REST API integration and JSON/XML handling.

Backend

• Java 8 or above; Java 11/17 preferred.
• Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security.
• RESTful API development and integration.
• Microservices fundamentals.
• Hibernate / JPA.

Database & Tools

• SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Maven or Gradle, Git.
• JUnit, Mockito, and Postman.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile / Scrum practices.
• Exposure to application servers such as Tomcat, WebLogic, or JBoss.

Preferred Banking Domain Knowledge

• Experience working on banking or financial services applications.
• Knowledge of digital banking, payments, fund transfers, or account servicing.
• Understanding of transaction lifecycle, banking workflows, and business validations.
• Familiarity with secure access, audit trails, and sensitive data handling.

Experience & Qualifications

• 2–10 years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
• Experience delivering enterprise Java web applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: $3,700.00 - $11,000.00 per month
