You will join the Group Investment team and play a key part in driving the Group’s strategic growth. This includes identifying new business opportunities, evaluating potential investments, developing strategic partnerships and supporting business expansion across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and pursue new business and investment opportunities aligned with the Group’s strategic objectives
• Develop and implement business development strategies to support long-term growth
• Explore strategic partnerships, joint ventures, acquisitions and new business ventures
• Conduct market research, industry analysis, competitor assessments and commercial feasibility studies
• Evaluate business proposals and investment opportunities, including financial viability, commercial risks and potential returns
• Prepare business proposals, investment papers and presentations for Management
• Build and maintain relationships with business partners, investors, clients and key stakeholders
• Lead and support commercial negotiations and M&A activities, including due diligence and transaction coordination

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, corporate development, strategic planning or investment-related functions
• Proven track record in identifying business opportunities, developing commercial proposals and securing business partnerships
• Strong commercial acumen with sound analytical, financial evaluation and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently, think strategically and manage multiple business opportunities
• Experience in M&A, joint ventures, investment evaluation or corporate exercises is an added advantage

Pay: Up to RM14,000.00 per month
