At Innovation Organization, we specialise in face-to-face marketing and brand engagement. We work closely with established clients to develop and execute marketing campaigns that connect brands with their target audiences, strengthen brand awareness and drive business growth.

As a Brand Experience Executive, you will be involved in bringing marketing campaigns to life through direct customer engagement, brand promotions and on-site campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute face-to-face marketing campaigns to promote clients' products and services

• Engage with customers to communicate brand offerings and create positive brand experiences

• Represent different brands at events, roadshows and promotional activities

• Identify customer needs and provide suitable product or service recommendations

• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve campaign objectives and business targets

• Participate in campaign planning, team development and marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn

• Enjoy interacting and connecting with different people

• Self-motivated, adaptable and a good team player

• No prior experience required – training will be provided
