1. Main Tasks and targets

Perform assembly sequent for unit under assembly, Identify and troubleshoot processes, material, or equipment issues to minimize down time and recommend solutions.

2. Tasks/Responsibility

Perform assembly related tasks for unit under work station provided by Company,

Trouble shoot assembly unit, perform rework for minor assembly failure unit.

Perform assembly cycle with correct sequent as per PMS Work Instruction.

Perform Assembly fixture daily cleaning cycle per Work Instruction

Perform 5S at Assembly Work Benches before start of Shift work.

Organized Assembly tools and equipment per standard for before and after used.

Promote and support Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement activities in Manufacturing.

Schedule, complete, and document routine maintenance on applicable manufacturing and assembly equipment.

Read schematics, assembly drawings and data sheets in performing assembly, building fixtures and trouble-shooting equipment.

Assist in failure analysis, troubleshooting, rework/repair of non-conforming manufactured product in determining root cause.

Generate detailed Failure Analysis Reports as required

3. Working experience/technical skills/know how

Technician Diploma

2 years of experience in semiconductor equipment manufacturing

Excellent working knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, especially RF Matching Networks and Generators

Proficient with LabVIEW, C++, Excel Automation and macros

4. Personal skills (Leadership, social skills)

Teamwork approach to work. This includes working with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, Warehouse/Logistics to meet the business needs

Excellent communication (both verbal and written).

High proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Maintain 5S and high motivation to achieve goals.

Good problem-solving skills

Creative and analytical skills

Enjoys working with people

Self-motivated and flexible individual able to function in a high energy, fast paced team environment with minimal direction

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,253.33 per month
