Job description

We are looking for a confident, camera-ready Social Media Live Streamer to be the face and voice of First Luxury on live commerce platforms. You will host engaging live shows that showcase our luxury pieces, educate viewers on authenticity and value, and turn viewers into customers.

You will work closely with our marketing and store teams to plan shows, feature the right products, and grow our online community and app users.

Key roles and responsibilities

Live streaming and hosting

• Host scheduled live sales sessions on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms as assigned
• Present products with accurate details: brand, model, size, material, condition, pricing and authenticity
• Engage viewers in real time: answer questions, read comments, run giveaways and flash promotions
• Drive conversions during live sessions and guide viewers to purchase via the website, app or WhatsApp

Content creation

• Create short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Stories) including unboxings, styling tips, try-ons and "what fits in my bag"
• Support photo and video shoots for products, campaigns and in-store events
• Help write scripts, captions and hooks in line with the First Luxury brand voice

Planning and preparation

• Plan weekly live show rundowns with the marketing team: themes, featured products, promotions and timing
• Learn product knowledge on luxury brands (e.g. Hermès, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Rolex) and keep up with market trends
• Set up and check streaming equipment, lighting, sound and product display before each session

Performance and community

• Track live session results: viewers, watch time, engagement, sales and follower growth
• Share insights and ideas to improve shows and content
• Build a loyal online community and promote the First Luxury mobile app
• Support in-store events and client engagement at Mandarin Gallery when needed
