Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp and social media.
• Follow up with potential customers, recommend suitable products, and close sales.
• Manage customer information, orders, and follow-up records using our CRM system.
• Host TikTok and Facebook Live sessions for approximately 2 hours daily.
• Promote products, campaigns, and special offers during live sessions.
• Use AI tools to support customer communication and daily sales activities.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, friendly, and comfortable interacting with customers.
• Willing to appear on camera and learn live hosting.
• Interested in online sales, customer service, and social media.
• Able to manage customer enquiries and follow-ups.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or live hosting is an advantage.
