We are seeking a Reclamation Project Executive to provide operational and administrative support for our marine and land reclamation projects. The role involves monitoring project progress, coordinating with project teams and subcontractors, managing project documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day project operations.

Job Responsibilities

·      Provide administrative and operational support in monitoring ongoing marine and land reclamation project works.

·      Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors and clients on project-related activities and requirements.

·      Prepare, maintain and submit project documentation in accordance with project requirements and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

·      Assist in monitoring project progress, coordinating daily activities and following up on outstanding operational matters.

·      Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely submission of project documents and reports.

·      Maintain accurate records of project correspondence, operational activities and documentation.

·      Perform other project coordination and administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

·      Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.

·      Experience in project coordination or administration, preferably in marine or land reclamation projects.

·      Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

·      Good communication, coordination and organisational skills.

·      Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

·      Detail-oriented with good documentation and record-keeping skills.
