About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to handle our Mandarin speaking clients in the construction industry and develop new business opportunities.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communication, or any related field.

• Able to speak, read, and write Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.

• Experience in the hardware, steel, or construction materials industry is an added advantage.

• Familiar with the construction industry and customer needs.

• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Independent, proactive, responsible, and able to work well in a team.

• Fresh graduates with relevant knowledge are welcome to apply.

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM

• Handle sales enquiries from Mandarin speaking contractors and construction companies.

• Build and maintain good relationships with existing customers.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

• Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and negotiate sales.

• Coordinate with customers regarding product specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules.

• Work closely with internal sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
