Koffee Kollective is looking for dedicated, passionate, and responsible Full-Time and Part-Time Baristas to join our growing team. If you love coffee, matcha, enjoy connecting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. This is an opportunity to work in a fun, energetic environment and be part of a pioneer team committed to bringing Koffee Kollective to the next level.
Singaporeans/ Malaysians/ PR/ LTVP are welcome.
What You’ll Do
Prepare and serve quality coffee, matcha, and other beverages.
Deliver warm, efficient, and memorable customer service.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene, and outlet operations.
Assist with opening, closing, stock replenishment, and basic equipment care.
Support pop-ups, events, marketing activities, and other brand-growth initiatives when required.
Work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming Koffee Kollective experience.
What We’re Looking For
Dedicated, passionate, responsible, and reliable individuals.
Positive attitude, good communication skills, and strong attention to detail.
Able to commit to assigned shifts and work at either outlet depending on operational needs.
A valid Food Hygiene Certificate is a must.
Barista or café experience is recommended but a willingness to learn and grow with the team is equally important.
What We Offer
Part-Time Pay from S$11 to S$14 per hour, depending on experience, performance, and shift requirements.
Full-Time Pay starts from $2300 to $2700 per month, depending on experience, qualifications, performance and shift attendance.
