About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Executive to support the growth of Rayaid, a Singapore-based red light and near-infrared wellness technology brand.
This is an execution-focused role suitable for someone who enjoys building an e-commerce business and is comfortable handling different aspects of digital marketing, content and day-to-day online store operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update the Shopify store, including products, promotions, content and basic merchandising.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive website traffic, enquiries and sales.
Manage social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
Create and coordinate simple product photos, short-form videos, reels and other marketing content.
Write and edit product descriptions, advertisements, social posts and promotional materials.
Monitor advertising and e-commerce performance and recommend improvements based on results.
Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, influencers and other marketing partners where required.
Assist with customer enquiries, order coordination and fulfilment matters when necessary.
Support marketplace expansion and other e-commerce channels as the business grows.
Explore suitable B2B opportunities with wellness, beauty, fitness and related businesses.
Requirements
Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or a related role.
Practical experience with Shopify is preferred.
Familiarity with social media marketing and digital advertising.
Able to create basic marketing content using tools such as Canva and/or video editing applications.
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks from planning through execution.
Resourceful, organised and proactive, with a willingness to learn.
Good written and spoken English.
