We are seeking a driven and experienced Assistant Finance Manager to support our finance operations and business growth. The successful candidate will oversee financial reporting, controls, compliance, and day-to-day finance activities while working closely with management and external stakeholders.

This role is ideal for a proactive and analytical finance professional who takes ownership, improves processes, solves problems, and provides accurate financial insights to support effective business decisions.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full spectrum of accounting and finance operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective financial controls.

• Manage cash flow, financial reporting, month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Review and approve financial transactions, including invoices, journal entries, payments, and purchase orders.

• Prepare and review management reports, financial analysis, budgets, and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.

• Monitor financial performance and provide management with timely, meaningful financial insights and recommendations.

• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, regulatory, and corporate reporting requirements.

• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, banks, regulators, and other external stakeholders.

• Maintain effective internal controls and accounting procedures, identifying opportunities to strengthen processes and minimize financial risks.

• Monitor inventory controls and support operational and financial audits.

• Oversee payroll-related financial processes and statutory submissions.

• Support banking activities, including banking, financing, licensing, and corporate compliance matters.

• Drive continuous improvements in finance processes, systems, reporting, and internal controls.

• Undertake special projects and other finance-related assignments as required by Management.

 Requirements :

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, MIA, or equivalent will be an advantage.

• Preferably 8–10+ years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, with solid experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.

• Strong knowledge of full-set accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, taxation, and statutory compliance.

• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Experience working with ERP/accounting systems; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly preferred.

• Good understanding of internal controls, audit processes, and financial risk management.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with management, colleagues, auditors, banks, tax agents, and other stakeholders.

• Able to work independently, prioritize multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership, integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
