• Degree in Accounts, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Law, or equivalent qualifications from reputed institutions.

• Two to five years post-qualification experience, whichever is applicable (Candidates with more experience in relevant positions can be considered for Director positions).

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with financial information.

• A willingness to work on challenging and sometimes complex assignments.

• Advanced level of proficiency in using MS Office. Accounting applications, besides Professional content creation applications, will be a plus.

• Assisting in corporate insolvency and restructuring assignments, including liquidation, receivership, scheme of arrangement and related engagements.

• Assisting with the administration and execution of debt recovery strategies and creditor claims.

• Reviewing financial statements, accounting records, management information and other financial data to assess the financial position of distressed businesses.

• Performing financial analysis, cash flow analysis and asset and liability assessments.

• Assisting in the identification, tracing and recovery of assets and debts.

• Supporting investigations into financial transactions, company affairs and potential recovery actions.

• Preparing schedules, reports, analyses, correspondence and other documentation for clients and stakeholders.

• Communicating with creditors, debtors, directors, lawyers, financial institutions and other stakeholders.

• Attending meetings and assisting with stakeholder management and follow-up actions.

• Conducting research on insolvency, restructuring, debt recovery and corporate matters.

• Developing practical solutions for financially distressed businesses and their stakeholders.
