• Vocational school/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• Experience operating CNC milling and/or turning machines.

• Able to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments.

• Knowledge of machine setup, basic maintenance, and quality inspection.

• Familiar with production documentation and MES systems.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Committed to ISO standards, safety procedures, SOP, and 5S.

1. Run the machine according to plan.

2. Perform preventive maintenance according to plan.

3. Inspect product and inform Leader / Superior on product quality issues.

4. On time fill up the production document accurately and MES system timely and clearly.

5. To ensure production safety & 5S is carried out and maintained.

6. Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.

7. To execute the job with minimum guidance.

8. Capable of interpreting the production capacity to determine the urgency of the job.

9. To comply with all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company.
