• Salary: $3,000- $3,700
• Location: Nearest Mrt: Siglap
• Working Days: 5.5 Days Work Week 
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm, Saturday 8.30am to 1pm

Job Description:

• Administrative work relating to providing patients with medical services;
• Communication with patients and relatives as regards their medical condition;
• Dealing with payments/insurance claims with regard to medical services rendered to patients;
• Administrative work relating to medisave / private integrated plans submissions;
• Communication with insurance company representative, clinic staff, accountants, patients and relatives with regards to claims;
• Preparing cheque refunds for patients; and
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• At least 1 year experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
