As a Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering consistent, high-quality dishes that reflect our standards of excellence. You’ll manage your own section in the kitchen, maintain food quality and hygiene, and mentor junior team members — all while working collaboratively with a close-knit team that values respect and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in your section.
Monitor stock levels, ensure proper storage, and minimize wastage.
Support Sous Chef in daily operations.
Uphold all food safety and hygiene standards
Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
Culinary diploma or equivalent practical experience preferred.
Passion for food, learning, and teamwork.
Strong communication and time-management skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to grow within the company.
