       Minimum education is SPM/SKM or related

       Minimum 6 months to 1 year of retail experience (Sales Assistant position)

       Previous experience in retail or sales is an added advantage

       Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English

       Good personality and confidence in hosting TikTok Live sessions

       Must have experience in TikTok Live sessions (company or personal experience is acceptable)

       Willing to work 6 days per week.

       Willing to work on 1 shift basis, including weekends and public holidays

       Demonstrate a passion for sales and delivering excellent customer service

       Preferably a candidate who is friendly, outgoing, confident and not shy

       Only open to those who can work for long term

Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.

Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain product based on customer needs and desires.

Describe merchandise and explain use operation, and care of product to customers.

Demonstrate use or operation of product.

Help customers try on to ensure the product is in good condition and functional before purchase.

Provide information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of product and delivery options.

Educate and inform customers about the benefits and features of the company’s products.

Involved in performing daily or weekly TikTok Live sessions and creating short videos for the outlet’s TikTok account.
