•    Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Retail Management, or a related field.

•     8+ years' experience in Key Account Management, Sales, Trade Marketing, or Retail Sales — FMCG, retail, consumer goods, or health & beauty preferred.

•     Proven track record managing major pharmacy or retail chains.

•     Solid grounding in distributor management — sales performance, inventory, replenishment, and commercial coordination.

•     Strong commercial and analytical skills, with sharp negotiation and relationship-building instincts.

•     A self-starter who's comfortable owning the JB market independently, with minimal supervision.

•     Willingness to travel within JB and the Southern region, with occasional trips to HQ.

•     Valid driving licence and own transportation.

Growth Opportunity

As we expand our regional footprint, this role has the potential to grow into broader Southern Region and Singapore-related responsibilities — working closely with our Singapore team as that market develops.

•     Track competitor activity and market trends, feeding insights back to HQ to sharpen commercial strategy.

•     Act as the company's on-ground lead in JB — coordinating daily operations and reporting performance to HQ.
