Job description:
FundaPlay Steps is specialising in Social Communication Playgroups, Early Learning and Sensory Playgroup programs. Fundaplay Steps focuses on creating engaging and supportive learning experiences to nurture children’s communication, social interaction, and developmental growth.

Requirement:

• Certification/ diploma/bachelor’s degree in special education, Psychology or a related field

• Able to communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English

• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with at least one year of experience

• Open to learning and receiving guidance

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Lead and support daily playgroup activities

• Support children’s participation, interaction, and behavior during group activities

• Assist in planning and preparing teaching materials, visual supports, and play activities

• Work closely with therapists and team members to support children’s developmental goals

• Participate in discussions, meetings, and team collaboration to improve program quality

• Prepare feedback reports and maintain effective communication with parents to support children's progress
