• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related technical discipline
• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in technical service, field support, or a similar role within the solar PV, renewable energy, or power electronics industry
• Strong technical understanding of solar PV systems, energy storage systems (ESS), and electrical safety protocols
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• High level of commitment, responsiveness, and a customer-focused mindset
• Professional fluency in English, Mandarin and Malay

Technical Service & Support
• Perform on-site installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair for solar PV systems and energy storage solutions
• Conduct preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
• Provide remote technical support to customers and partners via phone, email, and online platforms
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to PV inverters, hybrid inverters, ESS, and balance-of-system components

Customer Training & Technical Empowerment
• Design and deliver technical training on inverter installation, operation, and maintenance for distributors, installers, and end-users
• Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, video guides, and FAQs
• Continuously update training content to reflect new product enhancements and industry best practices

Quality & Process Improvement
• Investigate technical failures and recurring faults; conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and prepare detailed technical reports for internal management and customers
• Collect, analyze, and provide structured feedback on customer issues and product performance to R&D and product teams for continuous improvement
• Manage service case records and spare parts inventory, ensuring proper documentation and traceability
