• Degree in related discipline.

• Candidates with relevant technical certification or equivalent manufacturing experience may also be considered.

• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing processes and QA inspection is an advantage.

• Familiarity with MSA, SPC, FMEA, Control Plan, CAPA, and basic quality tools is preferred.

Job Overview:

To strengthen internal process control with proper measures and the reliability assessment for excursion lots prior shipment

• Analyse data and monitor implementation of al Process and Quality Control Strategy.

• Drive for quality continuous improvement project (Minimize Manual Touch Point, E-system (eliminate manual recording)

• Monitor of critical process CPK data of ensuring a stable process to maintain product quality.

• Work on LYT Reduction or occurrence issue &, following up of corrective action & preventive action implemented.

• Audit activities to be consistently carry out in the production of ensure product quality sustainability & compliance to customer requirement.

• Coordinating with suppliers to ensure that materials meet the quality standards specified by the company

• Plan and evaluate process conformance and perform quality audits for various business processes

• Design statistical sampling process for new device, excursion lots and review the effectiveness by Gate or RTI Audits

• Train various teams for quality procedures and ensure compliance to best practices

• Establish firewall for critical main process to ensure the productions / safe launch lots are manufactured based on the requirement

• Document all developing material requirements and administer all hardware and software requirements

• Participate in plant cost reduction initiatives through Kaizen events, six sigma project support, engineering project leadership and support

• Completion of assignments to be submitted within the defined timeline in an organized manner and each role and responsibilities must be executed given by superior
