• Degree in related discipline or Diploma with 4 years relevant working experience.

Job Overview :

Design new leadframe packages and handle project management.

1. Design new package types and conduct feasibility study / Technical Gap Analysis.

2. Generate drawing leadframe, copper clip, package outline and strip outline.

3. Generate external bonding diagram.

4. Liaise with supplier and customer related to design.

5. Project Management.

6. Provide technical support to internal and external customer.

7. Assist in internal audit and external audit.

8. Assist in APQP system requirement

9. Any other duties assigned from time to time.
