1. Degree in Mechanical/ Electronics / Electrical /Mechanical /Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Engineering

2. Min 2 years in semiconductor industry in the field of assembly engineering.

3. Good knowledge of FMEA, DOE, SPEC and risk analysis.

4. Independent with good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a cross functional environment with people at all levels.

Job Overview:

Support production line in Smart Manufacturing Activities to improve the production Quality and Process Improvement, Cost Saving and etc

1. Responsible for process ownership of CIS Smart Manufacturing – AMR machine and new system in assembly line.

2. Establish and setup new AMR and system for assembly process capabilities and materials including hand-on equipment setup and prepare document and specification for AMR and new system control.

3. Monitor performance and quality of AMR machine and system process. Identify problems, recommendation, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

4. Work with site management to promote data exploration & visualization to enable automation and productivity improvement

5. Identifying opportunities for operational efficiency, process & quality improvement, labor cost optimization across factory.

6. Work with smart manufacturing team to implementation of advanced technologies such as Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), System Integration, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Predictive Maintenance across the CIS department.

7. Performs other duties as assigned.
