Passionate about customer service, retail, fashion and jewellery
Friendly, positive and enjoys interacting with people
Proficient in Mandarin and English
Good communication and teamwork skills
Responsible, willing to learn and able to work independently
Prior experience in jewellery or retail sales is an added advantage
Experience selling jewellery, fashion or lifestyle products is highly preferred
Strong customer service and sales skills
Fresh candidates with the right attitude and interest in jewellery are also welcome to apply!
岗位职责
Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Recommend jewellery based on customers’ needs, preferences and style
Explain product features confidently to customers
Process sales and payments accurately
Handle returns and exchanges when required
Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked store
Assist with stock replenishment and online order collections
Support the Store Manager and team with daily store operations
