Job Description

The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products within the Southern region of Seremban . The role involves field sales, customer relationship management, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or equivalent qualification. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

2. 1–2 years of sales experience is preferred.

3. Possess own transport and be willing to travel within Serembanregion

4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

5. Proficient in Mandarin and English, with Cantonese or Hokkien preferred, to effectively communicate with Mandarin/Cantonese/Hokkien-speaking clients.

6. Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

1. Identify and approach potential customers, including retailers, businesses, and direct consumers.

2. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

3. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations.

4. Achieve monthly sales targets.

5. Monitor competitor activities and market trends within the assigned region.

6. Provide market and customer feedback to the Marketing and Product Teams.

• Petrol & Toll Allowance: RM400 – RM600 (based on location and experience)
• Commission: RM1000 – RM7000 (depending on sales performance and collection)
