Full Time Senior Accounts Executive (Mandarin Speaker) Jobs, salary up to MYR 5,000 in Cosec Pro Sdn Bhd Kuala Lumpur - Ricebowl

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.

Experience in handling full sets of accounts is preferred.

Audit experience will be an added advantage.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Familiar with accounting software such as AutoCount or other accounting systems.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Good communication skills and able to deal with clients professionally.

Able to communicate in Mandarin.

Handle full sets of accounts for assigned clients.

Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and relevant schedules.

Perform accounting entries, bank reconciliations, and other accounting duties.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Prepare SST, tax-related schedules, and other statutory submissions when required.

Assist with year-end audits and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other relevant parties.

Review accounting work and ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.

Monitor clients’ accounting matters and follow up on outstanding documents.

Provide accounting advice and support to clients when required.

Guide and supervise junior accounting staff.

Perform other duties and assignments as instructed by management.
