Salary:Up toRM 4,500 Basic + Allowances + KPI

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide professional support for the healthcare project.

• Assist customers through phone, email, and chat channels.

• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service quality.

• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions based on customer needs.

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.

• Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required.

• Meet KPI, quality, and productivity targets.

Requirements

• Traditional Mandarin speaker with good English communication skills.

• Customer service / BPO experience preferred.

• Healthcare or related industry experience will be an advantage.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.

• Willing to work permanent night shifts.

• Comfortable working from office in Kuala Lumpur.

• Immediate / short-notice joiners preferred.
