 what are we looking for? 

• You should have at least an O' Level or SPM qualification or above

• You should have 1-2 years of experience or fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Basic knowledge of EXCEL and WORD is required. 

• Ability to make basic pricing judgments. 

• A good understanding of sales processes.

• Strong willingness to learn, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

What will you be expected to do?

• Update the Item Master File for stocktaking activities.

• Execute physical stock takes and perform data downloads at various outlets and shops.

• Conduct random and regular checks on stock quantities to ensure accuracy in stock counts.

• Perform internal inventory audits to maintain compliance and accuracy.

• Assist in preparing stock take reports, tabulations, and analyses.

• Help update stock movements, including receiving and transfers.

• Undertake any other assignments as directed by management as needed.
