Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

Previous experience in F&B or customer service is an advantage; fresh graduates with strong service attitude are encouraged to apply.

Friendly, energetic, and service-oriented with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.

Good communication and interpersonal skills; confidence in approaching strangers for outreach activities.

Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia and; ability to speak Mandarin or other languages is an added advantage.

Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays (including rotation off days).

Able to work in a fast-paced environment as a team player.

Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.

Present menus, provide recommendations, and answer customer inquiries about menu items.

Process customer payments efficiently using the POS system and handle cash/credit card transactions accurately.

Act as a brand ambassador by conducting outreach around IOI City Mall, distributing promotional materials, and introducing Lausanjee to potential customers outside the store.

Proactively engage with customers during their visit to gather feedback on food quality and service experience, ensuring continuous improvement.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring tables are promptly cleared and cleaned. Uphold hygiene and food safety standards at all times.

Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup and cleanup of the front counter.

Collaborate effectively with the kitchen and team members to ensure efficient and timely service.
