Experience as a cook or kitchen helper (experience in retail environments or large-scale food production is an added advantage).

Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and the use of kitchen equipment.

Understanding of food safety and hygiene.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good time management skills and attention to detail.

Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.

Prepare and cook mixed rice (nasi campur) dishes according to set recipes and portion control guidelines.

Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards.

Comply with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of work stations, kitchen equipment, and storage areas.

Check the freshness of raw ingredients and report any shortages or defects.

Practice FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles in ingredient inventory management.

Assist in labeling, storing, and arranging food items for sale.

Support the daily production schedule to meet customer demand.

Adhere to all company policies as well as health and safety regulations.
