Position: Site Project Manager

Work Location: Kuching, Sarawak

Company Background: Buidling Construction Industry

Projects: High-Rise / Commercial/ Landed

• At least 10 years of site experience in building construction or property development.

• Experience in high-rise, commercial, mixed-development, or landed projects is an advantage.

• Good leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Lead and manage building construction projects from planning to completion.

• Monitor project schedules, site progress, quality, safety, and overall performance.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities to ensure smooth project execution.

• Resolve technical, operational, and project-related issues proactively.

• Manage project teams, budgets, variation orders, progress claims, and contractual matters.

• Conduct site inspections and progress meetings

• Prepare project reports, documentation, and project correspondence.

• Support management in project planning, procurement, and construction management initiatives
