Golden Destinations by ICE HOLIDAYS Sdn Bhdis a leading B2B travel wholesaler in Malaysia, with a unique business model offering ready-made products and packages to partners, backed by established and matured branding. Their marketing concept is to develop marketable travel packages based on market demand and trends, offered through their dynamic B2B booking engine.

The FB Live Host is responsible for hosting LIVE streaming sessions across social media platforms, promoting products, engaging with viewers, and supporting livestream content and activities to drive audience engagement and conversions.

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Marketing, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates with relevant internship or content creation experience are encouraged to apply.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Excellent articulation and ability to create engaging conversations with viewers.

• Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership of assigned tasks.

• Able to adapt quickly and remain engaging and energetic during LIVE streaming sessions.

• Proficient in Mandarin and English.

• Possess good manners and a presentable personality.

• Conduct weekly LIVE streaming sessions as a Host on Facebook and Instagram platforms.

• Introduce, present, and promote company products during LIVE streaming sessions.

• Engage actively with viewers and respond to enquiries promptly during LIVE sessions.

• Encourage viewer interaction and support real-time purchase conversions.

• Work closely with the Livestream Team and participate in relevant video shoots.

• Assist with the scheduling and planning of broadcast and livestream activities.

• Collaborate with the Operations Team to develop engaging content and livestream strategies.

• Monitor and stay updated on the latest social media trends, features, and livestream practices.

• Ensure livestream content and presentation are aligned with the Company's image and branding.

• Perform related ad-hoc duties as assigned by the respective Manager.
