Possess a Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Architectural, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Demonstrate minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in interior design and build, fit-out, renovation or construction works.

Apply practical knowledge of site operations, construction sequencing, drawings, workmanship, safety and contract requirements.

Use Microsoft Office and project scheduling tools to prepare work programmes, progress reports and project records.

Communicate professionally, resolve site problems calmly and deliver assigned works with quality and accountability.

Enforce OSHA, DOSH, statutory safety requirements, company safety policies and project site rules.

Create and update company safety policies, procedures, guidelines and site safety requirements.

Inspect project sites to identify unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, hazards and non-compliance issues.

Correct safety hazards and unsafe practices immediately and implement preventive actions to reduce repeat incidents.

Conduct safety inductions, safety briefings and toolbox talks for workers, subcontractors and visitors.

Verify permit-to-work requirements, PPE usage, housekeeping, access control and controls for high-risk activities.

Investigate incidents, near misses and safety violations to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.

Review safety reports, inspection records, incident records and site documents for accuracy and compliance.

Report safety performance, major risks, outstanding issues and required actions to the Project Manager, Project Director and relevant parties.

Drive safe work behavior and site discipline among workers, subcontractors and site personnel.

Perform any expressed or implied duties and responsibilities required by the company or superior.
