What we’re looking for

• Min. SPM / Diploma in related field

• At least 1 year experience in admin, sales support, or customer service preferred

• Good verbal & written communication in English & local language

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Positive attitude, well-organized & detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Analyze the company’s market segments using market research.

• Develop the main idea of the marketing campaign.

• Develop promotional tools for the marketing campaign.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor key activities and ensure the smooth execution of the marketing campaign.

• Work with vendors and contractors on campaign communication materials such as posters, brochures and signage.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of the marketing campaign using surveys and other tools.

• Plan PR activities (e.g. product launch, roadshows) in accordance with timelines and budget requirements.

• Coordinate event logistics and set-up of event venue.

• Define social media marketing objectives and KPIs.

• Draft social media content for various social media platforms.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of the social media marketing using performance metrics.
