F&B operations experience is highly preferred.

Candidates with experience in restaurant operations, outlet management or F&B management will have an added advantage.

Education qualification is not the main consideration — we value practical experience, attitude and ability.

Candidates with strong hands-on F&B experience are encouraged to apply.

Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of both restaurants.

Work closely with restaurant managers and staff to ensure smooth operations.

Monitor service quality, food quality, cleanliness and overall customer experience.

Ensure restaurant SOPs, company policies and operational standards are properly followed.

Assist in managing manpower, staff scheduling and daily staff performance.

Monitor inventory, stock usage, wastage and operational costs.

Identify operational issues and work with the restaurant teams to provide practical solutions.

Follow up on restaurant performance, sales and operational targets.

Conduct regular visits to the restaurants and ensure daily operations are running smoothly.

Provide feedback and operational reports to management.

Assist management in improving workflow, service standards and overall restaurant performance.

Support the opening, development and improvement of new or existing restaurant outlets.

Handle other operational tasks and projects assigned by management.
