• Possess at least 1 year of customer service experience in F&B industry.

• Possess Food Hygiene Certification

• Able to converse in English/national language.

• Service-oriented with good interpersonal skills.

• A good team player to maintain good relationship amongst staff in the outlet.

• Ability to engage in physical activities which requires long hours of standing during the working shift.

• Pleasant, polite manner, neat and always maintain high standard of personal hygiene and neatly attired.

• Self-disciplined, self-motivated and enjoys interacting with people and serving customers.

• Compliance driven in meeting quality standards and work requirements.

• Energetic, cheerful, friendly and hardworking.

Service Crew

• Warmly greets and acknowledge guests upon arrival.

• Offer professional and courteous service to the guests in accordance with quality standards.

• Be attentive to guests’ needs and constantly ensure that guests’ requests are being fulfilled correctly.

• Attend to guests’ queries, feedback and complaint timely & professionally.

• Setting-up and handling front-of-house stations assigned for the day.

• Ensures all used plates, cups and cutleries on the dining tables are being cleared once the guests left the restaurant.

• Responsible for keeping the restaurant dining area and food counters clean and tidy all the time.

• Perform routine cleaning duties according to maintenance schedule.

Kitchen Crew

• Responsible for preparing Korean food in large quantities, ensuring food quality, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

• Responsible cooking Korea food in large quantity, Making sure quality food, Making sure kitchen, are in tidy and clean situation.
