• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, Construction Management, Building Design, or a related field.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in BIM Modelling within the Architecture, Engineering, AEC, construction, or infrastructure industry.

• Proficient in Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure, or MEP).

• Experience working in multidisciplinary BIM environments is preferred.

• Familiarity with Navisworks and AutoCAD is an advantage.

• Knowledge and ability to interpret Architectural, Structural, and MEP drawings and construction details.

• Strong attention to detail, coordination skills, and willingness to learn.

• A collaborative team player with good communication skills.

The BIM Modeler is responsible for developing and maintaining BIM models for Architectural, Structural, or MEP projects, supporting coordination, documentation, and digital project delivery. You will work closely with project teams to create accurate, data-driven models that enhance project efficiency and collaboration.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering digitally enabled building and infrastructure projects by developing coordinated BIM models, supporting multidisciplinary collaboration, and ensuring high standards of model quality and project delivery.

• Develop and maintain high-quality BIM models for Architectural, Structural, or MEP disciplines using Autodesk Revit.

• Convert 2D drawings, design information, and technical specifications into accurate and data-rich 3D models.

• Collaborate with BIM Coordinators, engineers, and project teams to support model coordination and project delivery.

• Participate in clash detection, model reviews, and coordination activities to improve design quality and constructability.

• Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project requirements, Level of Development (LOD), BIM standards, and company BIM workflows.

• Contribute to digital project delivery initiatives using industry-leading BIM technologies.
