Retail & E-Commerce Operations Assistant
Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive Retail & E-Commerce Operations Assistant to support both our online and retail business operations. You will be responsible for processing online orders, warehouse operations, inventory management, and assisting with the daily operation of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Operations
Process daily orders from Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and other online platforms.
Print order slips and shipping documents.
Pick and verify products according to customer orders.
Ensure the correct items and quantities are packed.
Pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Prepare and arrange parcels for shipment.
Assist with packing during peak order periods to ensure timely dispatch.
Warehouse Operations
Receive incoming stock deliveries.
Inspect and verify stock quantity and condition.
Organize, label, and store products properly.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
Assist with stock replenishment and inventory control.
Perform regular stock counts when required.
Retail Operations
Assist with the daily operation of the retail store.
Support customers with basic product inquiries.
Assist with cashier duties when required.
Maintain product displays and store cleanliness.
Support the store's daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Other Responsibilities
Carry out other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Follow company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Work closely with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Requirements
Responsible, honest, and detail-oriented.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Willing to perform physical tasks such as lifting, organizing, and moving stock.
Positive attitude and willing to learn.
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in retail, warehouse, or e-commerce operations is an advantage, but training will be provided for suitable candidates.
