任职资格

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

  • Preferably with experience in F&B, retail or customer service.

  • Good communication skills and enjoy coaching others.

  • Positive attitude, responsible and a good team player.

  • Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

岗位职责

  • Train and guide new crew members on Taco Bell standards and procedures.

  • Conduct on-the-job training for food preparation, service and restaurant operations.

  • Ensure team members follow food safety, cleanliness and operational standards.

  • Monitor trainees' progress and provide coaching and feedback.

  • Support the management team in building a well-trained and high-performing restaurant team.
