Must Requirements:

• At least Bachelor’s Degree in Law or related field.

• Having at least 3 years relevant working experience in legal, compliance, governance, or related functions.

• Having Good understanding of Malaysian Laws, manufacturing law.

• Having experience in manufacturing environment

Advantage:

• Having experience and knowledge in CSR and RBA compliance

• Ensure company compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and customer requirements.

• Develop, review, and implement company policies and procedures related to compliance and governance.

• Support and coordinate internal and external audits (if any).

• Monitor and follow up on compliance findings, corrective actions, and risk mitigation plans.

• Review, draft, and manage contracts, agreements, and legal-related documentation.

• Provide support and advice on legal, compliance, and governance matters to other departments and management.

• Liaise with external parties such as legal firms, government authorities, auditors, and customers when required.

• Maintain proper documentation, records, and reporting related to compliance and legal matters.
