Previous experience in customer service, cashier, hospitality, or F&B is an advantage.
Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred/required.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, presentable, and customer-oriented.
Good numerical and cash-handling skills.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and trustworthy.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage customer seating and table arrangements.
Handle reservations and assist customers with enquiries.
Operate the cashier system and process payments accurately.
Handle cash, credit card, e-wallet, and other payment methods.
Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records.
Assist with customer feedback and requests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and cashier area.
Support the restaurant team with daily operations when required.
