Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of working experience in restaurant or F&B operations, preferably in a managerial role.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage operational challenges.

Oversee the overall daily operations of the restaurant.

Lead, manage, and motivate the restaurant team.

Ensure excellent customer service and dining experience.

Monitor restaurant sales, costs, and operational performance.

Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and manpower planning.

Ensure food quality, hygiene, safety, and service standards are maintained.

Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues professionally.

Monitor inventory, stock levels, and wastage.

Train and develop staff to improve service quality and performance.

Prepare operational reports and provide feedback to Management.

Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
