Requirements

- 拥有至少3年货运代理或相关物流领域的工作经验。
- 熟悉海运、空运和陆运的业务流程和操作。
- 具备良好的沟通能力、协调能力和解决问题的能力。
- 熟练使用办公软件，如Microsoft Office。
- 具备良好的英语或马来语沟通能力者优先。
- 工作认真负责，细心，有团队合作精神。
Responsibilities
- 处理和协调货运的日常操作，包括订舱、文件准备和跟踪。
- 与客户、承运商和供应商保持有效沟通，确保信息畅通。
- 准备和审核海运、空运和陆运相关的各类单证。
- 监控货物运输过程，及时处理异常情况并提供解决方案。
- 协助处理报关、清关等相关事宜。
- 维护客户信息和操作记录，确保数据的准确性和完整性。
- 完成上级交办的其他相关工作。
