Assembly Technician – Semiconductor Industry (60 Vacancies Available)

Salary + Benefits:

• Basic Salary: RM2,200 – RM2,800
  Gross Salary: Basic + OT + Fixed Allowance + Meal Card

• Fixed Transport Allowance: RM300 / month

• Meal Card: RM7.70 / working day

• Shift Allowance: RM5 – RM9 / day

• 15 Days Annual Leave

Working Arrangement: Must be willing to work rotating shifts, including 1-shift, 2-shift or 3-shift schedules, depending on production requirements.

Shifts - 5 Days Monday to Friday

2-Shift System:

• Morning: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Evening: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM

3-Shift System:

• Morning: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• Afternoon: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

• Night: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
  

We are hiring Assembly Techniciansto join a high-tech manufacturing company supporting thesemiconductor industry.

Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical, electrical and electro-mechanical assembly work.

• Assemble modules, wiring, pneumatic components and related parts according to work instructions.

• Follow engineering drawings, schematics, BOMs and work instructions.

• Use hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches and basic measuring tools.

• Ensure all assemblies meet required specifications and quality standards.

• Identify assembly or material issues and escalate them to Senior Technicians or Engineers.

• Update production records and work status accurately in the system.

• Follow safety, ESD and cleanroom procedures at all times.

• Support 5S, Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / SKM / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics or a related field.

• Preferably 0.5–3 years of experience in assembly, production or manufacturing.

• Experience in semiconductor, electronics, automation or high-tech manufacturing is an advantage.

• Able to use hand tools and basic measuring equipment.
