• SPM, SKM and Diploma holders are welcome to apply
• Relevant experience in mechanical, electrical or electro-mechanical assembly is preferred
• Approximately 1–3 years of relevant experience will be advantageous
• Able to read engineering drawings, wiring diagrams or BOMs
• Comfortable using hand tools, torque equipment and measuring devices
• Semiconductor, robotics, EMS, medical device, precision engineering or cleanroom experience is an advantage
• Candidates with experience as an Assembly Technician, Production Technician, Equipment Technician or Cleanroom Technician are encouraged to apply
• Basic working English and good attention to detail

Mandatory Rotating-Shift Requirement

Candidates must be fully flexible to work rotating shifts under a one-shift, two-shift or three-shift system, including night shifts, depending on the assigned product line.

Fixed shifts are not guaranteed.

• Assemble mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and robotic modules
• Perform component installation, wiring, kitting, alignment and calibration
• Follow engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, Operational Method Sheets and Bills of Materials
• Use hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, gauges and measuring instruments
• Inspect completed assemblies and report workmanship or material defects
• Record production progress accurately in Oracle or shopfloor systems
• Follow cleanroom, ESD, quality and workplace safety procedures
• Support 5S, Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement activities
