Minimum SPM qualification. A certificate in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or Wellness will be an added advantage.

1–2 years of experience in a spa, beauty salon, aesthetic clinic, or wellness centre is preferred. Experience in sales or consultation is highly encouraged.

Fresh graduates from recognised beauty academies with a strong interest in sales and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills, with a strong sales-driven and achievement-oriented mindset.

Confident in conducting consultations, explaining treatment benefits, and promoting treatment packages and products.

Conduct professional skin analysis and beauty consultations for customers.

Recommend suitable treatments, packages, and products based on customers’ needs.

Collaborate with beauticians and doctors to ensure smooth treatment flow and customer satisfaction.

Welcome customers warmly and provide a professional and pleasant service experience.

Perform upselling and cross-selling to achieve individual and outlet sales targets.

Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty.

Maintain accurate records of consultations, treatment plans, and sales transactions.

Assist in preparing quotations, treatment packages, and promotional materials when required.

Assist with stock-related matters, including product knowledge, basic stock checking, and proper storage.

Support the daily operations of the wellness and spa centre as directed by management.
