Job Description:

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sales Coordination role with a property development company.

• Candidates with Sales Coordination experience in other industries or school leavers who are interested in building a career in the property development industry are welcome to apply.

• Strong understanding of sales documentation and progressive billing workflow.

• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English.

• Ability to speak Hokkien will be an added advantage.

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

• Willing to work in the Kapar area.

• Handle all sales administrative functions, including the preparation and checking of sales documentation for bank drawdown and legal purposes.

• Maintain and update records of purchasers, unit availability and sales status.

• Track and monitor sales progress from booking, SPA signing and loan approval to progressive bank drawdown stages.

• Liaise and coordinate with purchasers, agents, solicitors and bankers to ensure smooth communication and follow-up.

• Prepare timely sales reports for management review.

• Assist in marketing and sales events when required, including weekends.
