·       Hold a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related disciplines.

·       Fresh graduates with internship experience in Logistics, Supply Chain or Inventory Management are encouraged to apply.

·       Candidates with 1 years of experience in Inventory, Warehouse, Logistics or Operations are also welcome.

·       Are comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

·       Enjoy working with data and maintaining accuracy.

·       Are organized, responsible and detail oriented.

Bonus Points If You Have

·       Experience in Inventory Control or Stock Management.

·       Familiarity with ERP or Inventory Management Systems.

·       Experience coordinating with warehouse operations.

·       Experience working in logistics or supply chain environments.

·       Prepare monthly inventory and stock movement reports.

·       Monitor inventory records across Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and China.

·       Perform stock reconciliation and inventory verification to maintain inventory accuracy.

·       Investigate stock discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with warehouse teams.

·       Coordinate stock transfers and logistics arrangements between warehouses.

·       Work closely with warehouse teams, logistics partners and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

·       Maintain accurate inventory documentation and operational records.

·       Support logistics improvement projects and daily operational activities when required.
