Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering or related field.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in costing, NPI, or process engineering (preferably in precision manufacturing).

Able to read technical drawings and understand manufacturing processes.

Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

Prepare detailed cost estimations for new RFQs, covering material, machining, tooling, and labor.

Review drawings and BOMs to identify cost drivers and manufacturing feasibility.

Work closely with sourcing, production, and program teams for cost validation.

Support NPI project execution and ensure timely delivery of samples and documentation.

Monitor cost variance and recommend cost improvement actions.
